Refund policy
The short version
- Monthly plans — full refund within 30 days of any charge, no questions
- Annual plans — full refund within 30 days, then prorated refund (per unused month) after
- 14-day trial — cancel inside the trial and you're never charged
- Overage charges — refundable if you didn't enable overages knowingly
How to request a refund
- Email billing@justforms.io from the email tied to your account
- Include: invoice number (find it in the Customer Portal), reason (optional)
- We process within 1 business day — money back in your card account 3–10 days later
Alternative: in your Stripe Customer Portal, you can also cancel the subscription. Then email us to request a refund of the most recent charge.
When the money returns
- Credit cards: 3–10 business days
- Debit cards: 5–10 business days
- SEPA / ACH: 5–10 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: same as the underlying card
You'll see the refund on your statement matching the original charge line. Stripe handles the actual money movement; we don't hold your card data.
Exceptions (we won't refund)
- Plans cancelled and refunded more than once on the same account (clear abuse)
- Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service (fraud, spam, illegal content)
- Charges older than 90 days — past chargeback window, we genuinely can't reverse them via Stripe
For anything else, we'd rather refund than have a frustrated customer.
