No-questions-asked within 30 days

The short version

How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@justforms.io from the email tied to your account
  2. Include: invoice number (find it in the Customer Portal), reason (optional)
  3. We process within 1 business day — money back in your card account 3–10 days later

Alternative: in your Stripe Customer Portal, you can also cancel the subscription. Then email us to request a refund of the most recent charge.

When the money returns

You'll see the refund on your statement matching the original charge line. Stripe handles the actual money movement; we don't hold your card data.

Exceptions (we won't refund)

For anything else, we'd rather refund than have a frustrated customer.

Just don't like the product? Tell us why — we'll refund AND fix the thing. We read every refund email.
