Upgrading your plan

Upgrade anytime from the dashboard. Plan changes take effect immediately — new quota available the same second.

How to upgrade

  1. Sign in to your dashboard
  2. Click the Billing tab
  3. Click Upgrade on the plan you want
  4. You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout — enter card details, optionally apply a promo code
  5. After payment, you land on a success page → dashboard reflects new plan within 30 seconds

No emails sent during this flow. We use Stripe's secure-hosted checkout — we never see your card number.

14-day free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial. We require a card up front but won't charge until day 15. Cancel inside the trial → zero charge.

The trial gives full plan features. After day 14, you're billed automatically at the plan's monthly or annual rate.

Switching plans mid-cycle

Yes, you can switch anytime — upgrades or downgrades.

Invoices + tax

Every payment generates an invoice in your Customer Portal. Click Manage payment + invoices from the Billing tab to access all past invoices as PDFs.

EU/UK customers: VAT auto-calculated based on billing country. Reverse-charge applied for B2B with valid VAT ID. India customers: GST included.

Need a custom invoice? Add your company name, VAT/GST ID, or PO number in the Customer Portal → Billing details. They appear on all future invoices.
